Job Description:
This position provides the first impression of our company and is responsible for a wide variety of duties. The primary function is to warmly receive all clients, vendors & staff members, and to ensure all inquiries are handled in a friendly and professional manner. This primarily includes phone & email questions along with the occasional office visitor. This position would also include organizing and scanning the incoming mail and shipping numerous packages via our carrier service, in addition to special projects ranging from document preparation to marketing, as allocated by senior management. This is a 40 hour per week, full-time position between 8:00am-5:00pm.
