General Maintenance (Part Time) - Campbellsville University

Job Description

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and appliances.
Conduct inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants, employees, or management.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies needed for maintenance tasks.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections.
Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
As needed, assist with setting up for banquet, commencement, convocations, etc.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
attention to detail.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with tenants, coworkers, and management.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Basic computer skills for recording maintenance activities and communicating with management.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new maintenance techniques.
