As the Vice President of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, ensuring sound fiscal management, and supporting the company's growth trajectory.

This is a hybrid role in Duluth, GA with 3-4 direct reports

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.
Oversee the financial planning and analysis cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, through a team of dedicated managers.
Analyze business financial data to derive actionable insights and recommendations to enhance operational performance.
Drive an inclusive planning approach, engaging all functions within the business to develop strategic and long-range plans.
Collect and analyze external market data to provide benchmarks for performance comparison and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Lead the development of strategic planning processes, aligning financial strategies with broader company objectives.
Present financial reports to senior management, providing decision support and insights to facilitate strategic planning and execution.
Define and implement financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Establish and maintain financial reporting standards across the organization to uphold integrity and transparency.
Oversee the pricing function in collaboration with the Sourcing team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and market dynamics.
Provide financial analysis support to optimize sourcing decisions and enhance procurement efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field required; MBA preferred.
7+ years of progressive financial/accounting experience, with a focus on reporting and data analytics.
Proficiency in SAP finance modules and experience with warehouse management/purchase requisition systems preferred.
Strong background in financial analysis within the supply chain or distribution industry preferred.
Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and understanding of key financial metrics.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver high-impact results.
