Position Overview:
We're on the lookout for a driven Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll take charge of identifying, analyzing, and executing investment opportunities in multifamily, self-storage, mobile home parks, and RV parks within the commercial real estate sector.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint potential investment opportunities.
- Dive into financial modeling and due diligence to analyze and evaluate potential acquisitions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with sellers and industry professionals.
- Leverage negotiation skills to structure deals that maximize returns for the company and investors.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure successful acquisition processes.
Qualifications:
- Non-Traditional education and training in real estate, self improvement/growth and sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus but not required
- Proven track record with 5 years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of one or more - multifamily, self-storage, mobile home parks, and RV parks sectors.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Compensation:
- A successful candidate in this role should expect to make between $120,000 and $250,000 collectively.
