The Associate Planner is responsible for learning all aspects of the business while working closely with our Planners in preparation to become a Financial Planner themselves.
Responsibilities:
Work with our Financial Planners to prepare and update plans
Prep for and sit in on client meetings
Handle client requests and resolve client issues
Create a relationship with our leads, and yours convert prospects into clients
Keeping all client files and presentation materials updated and organized
Maximize relationships and create referrals and referral partnerships by providing
exceptional customer service
Enter and update client information in our CRM database
Complete administrative paperwork to fulfill client needs
Learn and follow our fee planning process, strategies, and philosophies, working
collaboratively and respectfully with other Firm Planners and team members
Complete all assigned training and obtain the required licenses
Support the Financial Planning Team in all capacities

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of Financial Services experience is required.
This position requires Insurance and series 65 licensing to be obtained within the first 90 days of hire if not already licensed
A college degree is preferred.
