As our company's representative in the area of Customer Service, there are a variety of roles that require dedication, passion and teamwork to effectively perform tasks on a daily basis. As a member of our office team, you play a role with our clients. We are looking for someone who brings vibrant and passionate energy to the workplace!

Responsabilidades:

  • Ensure to provide excellent customer service to the seller, salesperson, referral source (i.e., Realtor) and the office personnel.
  • Keep the staff aware of activities, progress and results in the Department as appropriate
  • Perform quality controls on calls, follow, ups with sales agents and property managers
  • Obtain and Input data with notes, customer and property information in Lead Gogo, Process St, and CashxCasasfeas portal
  • Ensure properties are advertise & input property in web pages not limited to ClasificadosOnline, Listaxmax, MLS and others. Ensure rotation is completed every day and our properties are on top spot
  • Ensure marketing promo is maximized in Social & Digital Media with photo, signs, banners, posts, press release, etc. and respond to client request as needed on a timely basis
  • Provide support in purchasing materials for activities and/or office.
  • Ensure all listings and property management contracts received are complete, accurate and in compliance
  • Ensure underwriting conditions are met, contracts are signed and provide all documents needed by attorneys, bank officer, title, CRIM for the closing.
  • Follow-up on any outstanding closing conditions after funding in a timely manner
  • Revise closing figures

  • High level of customer service skills
  • Ability to work with others in a professional and polite manner
  • Can learn new software programs efficiently
  • Able to multi-task and solve problems
  • Highly punctual and responsible
  • Open to learning and adaptation to the environment
  • Flexible schedule
  • Able to commute daily to and from work easily
  • Bilingual

Timetable:
  • Monday to Saturday
  • 40 Hours Weekly

Experience:
  • Reception in real estate and / or Administration and / or Mortgage Banking : 1 year (Mandatory)
  • Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:
  • Secondary School (Compulsory)

  • Guaynabo, San Juan
