Responsibilities:
- Assist in researching and identifying plumbing and hardware parts that are brought into the counter by customers as well as pictures sent in from customers.
- Identify, pull and sell products over the counter.
- Assist and advise the sales team on product research and identification.
- Updating pricing information
- Utilize computers through our internal computer program as well as the internet and vendor websites to identify parts.
- Contact and coordinate with vendors
- Answer incoming calls
- Provide quality customer service
- Assist with administrative work
