Job Details

We are looking for a reliable and knowledgeable automotive technician. In this role, you will inspect and repair vehicles and make recommendations for automotive repairs and maintenance. Essential Functions Automotive and engine repair experience or auto mechanic training required. ASE certifications (preferred but not required). Graduated from an associate degree program in auto maintenance and repair (experience may qualify). Must read, interpret and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate records. Perform routine maintenance and other task in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of automotive air conditioning systems. Ability to use the diagnostic equipment. Ability to perform as a diesel mechanic or prepare to job training. Skills and Qualifications Associates degree in auto maintenance or certification from a automotive school. Driver s License is required. Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide friendly customer service. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Physical Demands Must be able to lift heavy equipment Must have hand and eye coordination. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and stand for long periods of time; and reach with hands and arms. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time exempt position in a 24/7/365 work environment. Flexibility with weekdays, evenings and weekend required.Travel 10%
