As an Outside Sales Representative specializing in the contractor market, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue in Cape Cod. You will be responsible for prospecting, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with contractors in the area, effectively promoting our products/services and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary duties will include:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential contractors through research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging product/service presentations and demonstrations to contractors, highlighting the features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of contractors, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to meet their requirements.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with contractors, becoming their trusted advisor and go-to resource for our products/services.
- Quoting and Proposal Development: Prepare accurate quotes and proposals in a timely manner, addressing the specific needs and preferences of contractors.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with contractors, striving to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and closing sales.
- Post-Sale Support: Provide ongoing support and assistance to contractors post-sale, ensuring a seamless transition and high levels of customer satisfaction.
