We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Marketing Manager to join our client's team and play a key role in developing and executing portfolio and marketing strategies for their pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry with preferred generic pharmaceuticals experience, proven experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns complimented with knowledge of therapies and sales and distribution channel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the portfolio as well as individual pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify and evaluate market share opportunities and execute strategies to gain market share.
- Identify and implement product strategies for different trade channels and classes of trade based on utilization and consumption of products and portfolio.
- Understand and analyze impact of payors and reimbursement
- Identify and position products across all trade channels and customer segments
- Develop and manage marketing budgets and product launch plan.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
- Manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
- Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and track competitive intelligence, market landscape and product performance to continually optimize plans to meet forecasts.
- Gain market and competitive insights from market research, customers and field-based personnel and management for communication tools and messaging development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in sciences or pharmacy with aptitude towards analytics and marketing
- 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of marketing regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
