Position Overview:
As a Business Development Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, overseeing their daily activities, and guiding them towards achieving our sales and business development goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to establish sales targets, develop sales strategies, and identify new business opportunities.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.
- Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management, including comprehensive sales reports to the Director of Marketing and Sales on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
- Handle disciplinary actions and terminations according to company policies.
- Monitor and reviewing business development activities to ensure quality service and compliance with policies.
- Set and communicate sales goals and quotas, motivating team members to achieve targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and grievances promptly and effectively.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Requirements- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and measure performance.
- Proficient in CRM Software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, sales, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related role, with a track record of success.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
