We are looking for the right person to be the welcoming face and voice of Webfoot. Our ideal customer service representative will be highly motivated and have a strong ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional customer service and superior communication skills with clients, office staff, and team members. As an inbound sales and marketing specialist, you will learn to leverage your deep product expertise in categories to help navigate customers through their purchase. This position is responsible for managing various levels of technology-based tools and systems such as Facebook Business Suite, Instagram, Hubspot, Google My Business, Yelp, and more.

Qualifications:
* The hours will be focused Monday-Friday
* Additional opportunities for overtime hours during peak season in the summer.
* Associates degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
* Advanced Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Suite
* Must be comfortable with answering phone calls and have a strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Experience in CRMs is a plus
* Must be customer service oriented
* Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
* Must be excited to learn and grow with us as we expand into new markets
* Passionate about a career in Sales & Marketing
