About the Position:

Allied Resources is looking for Multiple Construction Managers to with openings in both the greater Philadelphia and D.C areas. These are exciting Full-time opportunities with a forward-thinking and innovative energy company. Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor project quality/job scopes, provide project updates on the construction sites.
• Review Bill of Materials and assist with managing material availability.
• Perform safety audits.
• Monitor contractor(s) on safety, cost, quality and schedule performance.
• Provide feedback about constructability during design and walkdowns.
• Elevate document deficiencies and Provide Planning support to the project team as required.
• Develop work scope for construction bid documents and assist Project Manager in bid evaluations.

Qualifications:

• 10 years or more experience in the energy industry
• Knowledge of safety procedures
• Experience working as a Foreman, Crew Lead, Superintendent, Construction Manager, etc.
• Knowledge of transmission, distribution, substation and underground construction.
