Job Description:
As the Electric Harness Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Building and testing electrical harnesses for Sabanto's autonomy systems
- Provisioning electrical devices
- Sub-assembling components of Sabanto's autonomy kits, prior to shipment
Job Location:- Sabanto's office (in Ames, IA) and equipment shop (in Nevada, IA)
- Working remotely is not available for this position
Qualifications:- Attention to detail and a fast learner is required
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-directed and ability to think methodically to complete projects without all details readily available
- Willing and able to perform hands-on tasks
Preferred Qualifications:- Prior experience with agriculture or construction equipment, precision-agriculture devices and controller
- 2-year technical degree in electronics repair/building, relevant military experience, or 3+ years of automotive repair or mechanical assembling
