Our team is growing! We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technology Staffing Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for consultative selling, business development, and revenue generation to develop our footprint in the technology staffing industry. You will leverage your industry knowledge and connections, your sales expertise, and your relationship-building skills to drive business growth and exceed revenue targets through contract and full time placements. Your day-to-day:

  1. Consultative Selling: Collaborating with clients to understand their technology staffing needs and provide customized solutions.
  2. Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  3. Client Relationship Management and Education: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their long-term goals and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Educating clients about market trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the staffing industry to drive value-added services.
  4. Revenue Generation: Effectively managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closure in order to meet (and exceed!) your annual revenue targets.
  5. Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  6. Proposal Development: Preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to achieve revenue goals.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams such as recruitment, delivery, and operations to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  8. Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales metrics, preparing regular sales reports, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.


We'd love you to have:

  1. Industry Experience and Knowledge: You have proven experience in technology staffing or IT consulting with a track record of success in consultative selling and business development roles. You have a deep understanding of technology staffing trends, IT skills demand, and workforce management practices.
  2. Sales Skills: Sales is your language. You have a strong sales acumen with experience in managing complex sales cycles, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  3. Communication: You know how to talk tech with non-tech people and vice versa. You can read your audience and adjust your communication style to ensure understanding and agreement. You use your excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate value propositions and build rapport with clients.
  4. Relationship Building: You thrive when you are meeting people and develop relationships beyond the transaction. You bring a strong network into this role, which you ve developed by focusing on fostering long-term partnerships and driving customer loyalty.
  5. Team Player/Winner s Mindset: You are highly competitive and love to win, but know that your success relies on working effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  6. Positive Attitude: Staffing is hard, and not every day brings good news. You have learned to ride the ups and downs and know that the next deal is just around the corner.
  7. Analytical Skills: You easily learn new software (CRM systems and sales analytics tools), and have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


You will be compensated in a base + commission model, with a target annual base salary of $70,000 to $100,000. On-target earnings are uncapped - the sky s the limit, and is dependent on your ability to deliver results and meet/exceed revenue targets.
