Zimmerman Reed is a is a leader in complex and class action litigation with offices in Minneapolis, Los Angeles, and Phoenix. We have a full-time opportunity in our consumer litigation and data privacy practice groups. We offer a competitive compensation and benefit package in a hybrid work environment.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of litigation experience and is a resourceful, team-oriented attorney with excellent communication skills and strong legal research and brief writing. ZR s litigation associates play an important role in managing litigation, interacting with co-counsel and clients, taking and defending depositions, appearing in court, and drafting court filings.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Must be an excellent writer, someone who understands how to frame a message in a clear, concise, and compelling way.
- Strong communication and social skills, solid brief writing, and experience with discovery.
