Description

This Assistant Property Manager position will work closely with the Manager by overseeing/scheduling, creating systems to find success within the tasks given, and working with the rest of the team to support them. The position will involve managing schedules, keeping accurate records, and communicating with property managers, and owners to assist them with their needs.

Responsibilities

First point of contact for property management to include answering phones and greeting clients, such as tenants and/or owners
Data entry
Processing receivables
Processing payables
Assist the property management team in day-to-day office tasks

Qualifications

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Self-disciplined and self-motivated
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Professional in attitude and appearance
