Position Description:

Designs, builds, and deploys applications in a DevOps environment, using Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools -- Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Fastlane, and Xcode toolchain. Develops a graphical, event-driven user interface for iOS applications, using UIKit, Swift, and Core Data. Integrates software programs and applications using RESTful APIs. Provides business solutions by developing complex or multiple software applications.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going development efforts.

Designs applications or subsystems on major projects and for/in multiple platforms.

Develops applications for multiple projects supporting several divisional initiatives.

Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to implementation.

Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance testing.

Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications supporting several corporate initiatives.

Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems.

Establishes project plans for projects of moderate scope.

Works on complex assignments and often multiple phases of a project.

Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects supporting several initiatives.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer (or closely related occupation) implementing development tasks and developing iOS applications using programming languages Swift and Objective C.

Or, alternatively, Master s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and one (1) year of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer (or closely related occupation) implementing development tasks and developing iOS applications using programming languages Swift and Objective C.

Skills and Knowledge:

Candidate must also possess:

Demonstrated Expertise (\u201CDE\u201D) performing TDD and automated testing, using native platform testing frameworks (XCTest and XCUITest); building and maintaining mobile applications from the ground up using Xcode; and writing fully automated and high-quality tests for all aspects of the code to establish one-hundred percent code coverage.

DE performing mobile specific DevOps Tasks Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) using Azure DevOps and Jenkins; building pipelines using FastLane, Shell Scripting, Xcode Command Line, and Build System; and defining build configurations and automating application bundling processes using XCConfigs.

DE analyzing, designing, and developing mobile iOS applications, using Apple s Swift Programming Language,\u00A0 XCode IDE, SwiftUI, and Combine frameworks.

DE managing and integrating iOS applications with third party libraries (Google Firebase); collecting analytics and managing lifestyle features remotely by implementing integration code using Cloud-based capabilities within the native application.

Salary:\u00A0 $150,500.00 - $160,500.00/year.
