Are you ready to lead in the dynamic world of energy resources? Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Division Order Supervisor to join their team. You would play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communications within the department!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily department functuions.
- Establish and maintain communication with stakeholders to resolve title issues and ensure timely payments.
- Analyze title documents to determine ownership.
- Verify and maintain Division of Interest.
- Investigate and respond to ownership inquiries and payment concerns.
- Provide support and training to department personnel.
- Monitor royalty changes and division order mailings.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of Crude Oil experience preferred.
- 1-3 years of supervisor experience preferred.
