Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager at our Charlotte, NC location. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
Qualifications

- Experience in store management and retail loss prevention
- Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction goals
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of home decor and gift industry is a plus
