We are seeking a Financial Specialist to join the team at our headquarters in Chantilly, Virginia. Primary responsibilities of the Financial Specialist:
Experience with Insurance, Workers Comp, and HSA/FSA payments strongly desired
Process and audit insurance premiums and payments
Process HSA and FSA payments
Reconcile and audit of Accounts Payable and Benefit invoices
Process timely payment of federal, state and local withholding taxes for multiple companies in absence of tax accountant
Process timely payment of quarterly FUTA and SUTA tax return in absence of tax accountant
Renew state registrations and state licenses
Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Participate in special projects and assignments and performs other duties that may be assigned
Skills and Experience
Accounting or Business degree preferred
PEO and/or employee benefit experience preferred
Experience with PRISM HR preferred
Must be able to interact professionally with all clients and tax agencies
Proficient in Excel, Word, and QuickBooks
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail a must
