Our startup, CustomGPT.ai, has developed a revolutionary Generative AI platform (similar to ChatGPT), reshaping how businesses utilize AI like ChatGPT with their own data. We've experienced exponential growth and, more importantly, garnered rave reviews from our delighted customers.
GAI Insights, a leader industry analyst firm for Generative AI, just named us to their "Top 10 Emerging Leaders in Generative AI" list -- along with OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, Amazon and others.
Now, we need someone with a growth mindset, an unbeatable can-do attitude, and a hunger for success to join us on this exciting journey.
In this role, you ll get to:
- Troubleshoot and debug technical AI problems faced by customers.
- Work with customers to understand their needs and connect them to solutions through our platform.
- Work with engineering to deliver the required solutions to ensure customer success.
- Be the champion for the customer, so that our platform is leading to their success - customer success leads to upsell opportunities - a key metric for this role.
In simple terms: As someone who is joining as one of the first employees of a growing startup, you will wear many hats related to customer success and do whatever is needed to ensure it (think of Julian Edelman on the Patriots!)
We are looking for people who:
- A bachelor's degree with a major/minor in a STEM field.
- Have a natural inclination towards troubleshooting and debugging. If you don't enjoy problem solving, this job is NOT for you.
- Superb analytical skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and connect them to solutions using our platform.
- Sales or customer service experience, particularly in a technical role, is a plus.
