As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for food preparation and cooking our menu, food service, cleaning and general maintenance of the facilities. You will work with team members within your department and others to complete the following tasks:
+ Provide excellent service to both guests and team members
+ Ensure all guests special needs are met, including dietary restrictions
+ Maintain clean and sanitary food preparation facilities
+ Use standard recipes and presentations as instructed
+ Prepare and cook food in a safe and timely manner
+ Clean kitchen BUT WHAT SETS WORKING AT TJ'S @ THE OLD FORGE APART FROM OTHER RESTAURANTS . . . Your ability and opportunity to create and contribute menu specials items AND a GREAT management team.'
