**Adventure Cove Attendant**
Recreation Brainerd, Minnesota Come work for an iconic resort where quality is priority. Maddens is currently seeking the position of seasonal Adventure Cove Attendant the position is designed to service Maddens social guests Kids and families through the coordination and implementation of activities using resort resources.
Duties & Responsibilities :
* Checking kids in and out of the kids program center
* To ensure the safety of the children entrusted to us by their families
* Help and promoting Adventure Cove kids agenda
* Maintaining and ensuring a safe and Clean working environment
* Develop a system of maintaining contact with the children after they leave the resort
* Work with parents on childcare and ensure a successful conclusion
* C ontinue to evaluate the performance of all staff, ensuring that they maintain high professional standards
* Coordinate social activities such as interactive bingo and helps with scheduling
* I mplementing planned activities set forth by self and Recreation Director
* Assists Recreation department at the Tennis and Croquet Club when needed.
* Ensure guests are informed of social functions through the use of Maddens resources and verbal communication to include, but no limited to: interacting with guests at the Inn and the Lodge.
* Help kids with team building opportunities and implement plan to follow through with new activities
* Excellent communication skills, both with colleagues and guests
* Should have a strong sense of multi-tasking and organizational skills
* Knowledge and understanding of the resort as whole
* Ability to deliver a high level of professional standards, with assistance from the Employee Guidelines
* Regular and reliable attendance
* Performs other duties as required

* Must be able to keep a calm, professional manner under stressful situations.
* Maintains a proactive Can Do attitude.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Ability to effectively manage time and complete all delegated work within the specified time.
* Ability to work in a team and coordinate work functions with fellow workers.
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
