**Job Summary:**
This is a Full Time Supervisor role that will oversee all Food Warehouse Operations, lead the Administration of
EATEC/inventory control and assist with the development of in-park location and Mobile APP menus. This
supervisory role will contribute to the success of Food and Beverage Warehouse operations through effective
receiving, inventory management, vendor relationships and coordinating distribution of material goods in-park in a
timely manner.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities:**
Supervise the Food and Beverage warehouse operations to include: receiving, coordinating delivery of goods
to in-park locations, vendor relationship management and leadership to the Food and Beverage Warehouse
team
Implement and maintain all corporate, park, and department warehouse strategies and procedures
Supervise seasonal team members, including hiring, discipline, rewards/recognition, and termination
Maintain the Food and Beverage Warehouse inventory using EATEC and work with in-park teams to establish
proper ordering procedures and min/max levels for Food and Beverage Warehouse material goods
Work closely with Food and Beverage Operations teams to maintain proper inventory levels while staying
within approved financial guidelines
Maintain strong communication and professional relationships with vendors and suppliers
Consistently monitor Food and Beverage material goods inventories to maintain accuracy
Maintain assets and operate the Food and Beverage Warehouse within established expense budget(s)
Ensure a safe working environment for Food and Beverage Operations Warehouse team members using park
and departmental safety programs along with internal audits
Lead, develop, and motivate Food and Beverage Warehouse team members
Assist in conducting the annual Food and Beverage Warehouse inventory
Develop and maintain Food and Beverage Warehouse training materials
Assist in related functions that may be delegated by management
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years supervisor experience required
Experience in a warehouse, inventory, receiving or purchasing department
Experience in theme park or industry with similar operational needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks with awareness of deadlines
Computer experience required, Microsoft Excel/Word, Maximo and EATEC experience a plus
Valid Georgia Drivers license
Flexible schedule required including nights, weekends, and holidays
