December 27, 2021 Full-Time Nanny Needed- Danville **Schedule:**
Monday-Friday
They are flexible but would like to have someone help in the morning between 7:00 am and 8:00 am so they can help the kids get ready for school. The end of the day would be around 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Ideally, their genuine nanny would watch the mood patterns and engage their children before they feel left out or foster independent play when they're in the mood for that. Both kids are very intelligent and it's important to listen to and respect them. Their children love imaginative play, role-playing, and playing pretend whether it be making silly voices when reading stories or providing arts and crafts opportunities. They try to find a way to turn a chore into a fun activity.
They want someone who will be really engaged with the kids and who will limit cell phone use while they're together. Getting down on their level, making eye contact, and slowing things down a bit can help. While the kids are at school, their genuine nanny will be willing to help around the house with their food prep, activity prep, and laundry would be great, too. Finally, the safety and wellbeing of their children are paramount. Whether its driving safely and defensively, or teaching safety skills at home near a hot tea kettle, or staying still while brushing teeth, or crossing the road with an adult. They understand bumps and bruises happen, but an attentive and safe caregiver can prevent the most serious injuries.
