Summary : Ability to produce a high quality retread by performing specific retreading tasks, as assigned.The person who takes the job must be quality and safety oriented.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : include the following. Other duties may be assigned. High quality workmanship, keep supervisor informed of production problems as they occur.

General maintenance of specifically assigned equipment and area, in a safe, clean and workable manner. Training of personnel in specific area as assigned by supervisor.

Skills to be improved and developed as required. Must be team oriented and goal oriented.

Must have some mechanical ability and able to work with hand tools. Must be willing to be cross trained in all areas of production.

Clean up after yourself so you can find all tools and supplies rapidly when you need them. Ask appropriate supervisor for items if you cannot find what you need in a timely manner.

Mathematical Skills : Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

Reasoning Ability : Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in writing, oral or diagram form.

Computer Skills: Ability to use computer. Training will be provided as needed.
