What You'll Do Each Day
As a **Dealer Support Representative**, you will oversee specific dealer accounts and act as customer service to those dealers. This includes order placement and fulfillment, order tracking and accounts receivables. You will be responsible for assisting dealers and the regional sales managers to provide a high level of professional support to a specific territory, creating and maintaining long-term relationships with those dealers.
You will work with others in Sales, Accounting, and Manufacturing to ensure first class customer service is delivered. You will create work orders to schedule spas in production and coordinate accordingly with the logistics team. You will also help with various accounting related processes.

Responsibilities You'll Be Asked to Perform
* Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with dealers and regional sales managers.
* Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
* Respond promptly to customer questions about orders.
* Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

* Excellent interpersonal, team building and problem-solving skills.
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
* Requires excellent organizational skills.
* French Language skills a plus.
* Can communicate clearly, both written and verbally.
