Inventory Reconciliation Specialist
Job Type Full-time Description **Position Purpose**
Responsible for daily inventory reconciliations and grower payments.

Supervisor: Corporate Accountant
**Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
Reconciles SAP sales boards to partners warehouse summary reports daily including weekends
Verifies that all orders are settled by account managers or estimated prices are entered (given to accountant by category manager) prior to pre-liquidation report generating
Verifies that all the cost information has been received and applied to each lot prior to liquidation.
Prepares weekly pre-liquidations and/or liquidation reports for partners during their season
Creates bi-weekly grower payments from Naturipe Farms to the partners for all sales paid in specified timeframe.
Verifies that all customer deductions and costs are taken from liquidations prior to payment on a weekly basis
Builds rapport and develops positive working relationships through effective communications with all accounting personnel including partners accounting departments.
Reviews and analyzes liquidations, payments and any other reports sent to the growers, ensuring accuracy and no economic/operational impact affecting the partners and growers.
**Quantitative Data/Job Dimensions**
Manages average fruit payables of approximately $500M annually
Prepares average of 15 liquidations per week during Imports season
Balances average of 12 warehouses daily
Requirements
Bachelors degree in business or Associates degree in accounting with at least 3 years of experience preferred
Must be extremely detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with sound prioritization and time management skills
Strong math aptitude and ability to work accurately with numbers
High level of skill with Microsoft Excel required
SAP skills a plus (Finance, Production Planning Management, Sales & Distribution)
Experience with Microsoft Word, Access and Outlook
Willing to work after hours and weekends
