**What we are looking for:** Organized and energetic candidates! The Customer Support Specialist Events (CSSE) provides expertise in customer service activities in a way that assures the customers expectations are consistently and satisfactorily achieved, and decisions are based on supporting the business objectives. The CSSE is responsible for contacting customers, as assigned, analyzing customer requirements, develop layouts and quotes for approval. The CSSE will assist in the implementation of plans, including occasional field work.

**What youll do:**

* Communication with customers, with possible attendance at customer meetings.

* Develop plans/layouts, including maps and timelines.

* Formulate quotes for estimator review.

* Assisting crew with shop/yard tasks.

* Occasional field work/weekend set-ups, as needed.

* Handle any overflow work requests from division manager.

* High school diploma or equivalency and 4-6 years traffic control or construction trades work experience or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the above-described duties.

* Ability to operate general office equipment effectively such as desktop/laptop, printer, copier, and phone and a smart phone to accomplish work tasks.

* Valid drivers license.

* Proficient in MS Office applications, including, but not limited to Word, Excel, Paint and Outlook.

* Must have the ability to interact and communicate with external and internal customers in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment, working independently with a high degree of problem solving.

* Detail orientation sufficient to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks while simultaneously meeting all goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to take direction with ease and a high level of personal responsibility .

* Ability to work in crowds and high-density areas (public/vendors/traffic).

* Teamwork - Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; Gives and welcomes feedback; Contributes to building a positive team spirit; supports everyone's efforts to succeed.
