**Job Summary** The dishwasher is a critical part of our kitchen operations. He/she works to keep an efficient flow and organization of dishware/cutlery and provides important help in maintaining a clean and safe working area for all kitchen staff.

**Job Classification:** Non-Exempt; Hourly position

**Responsibilities** The primary duties of the dishwasher are to clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment while keeping dish stations and equipment clean and organized.
**Working Conditions:**
* Predominant activity is on feet with continuous walking and standing.
* Frequent lifting of light loads but occasional lifting extremes can be approximately 50 lbs at shoulder height.
* Work involves a good deal of independent management but also close collaboration with a team.
* Weekend and holiday attendance most always necessary.
