**What you will do **
As the Field Scheduler, you will be instrumental in ensuring Strykers clients have the medical devices needed to make healthcare better. You will also be responsible for the smooth running of a logistics operation, managing inventory by supporting the Sales Department.
* Responsible for last inspection of products to ensure accuracy and to meet the needs of our customers
* Build relationships with Sales Reps and Sales Managers to track and manage inventory levels at client sites
* Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors
* Ensure on-time, complete, and accurate delivery of products to Strykers customers
* Achieve operational excellence via team-based and product-focused orientation, capacity planning, continuous improvement, safety awareness, and cost reduction to be implemented, so timely, accurate deliveries are produced
* Direct contributor toward strategic operations/logistic or inventory plans and programs
* Build relationships with key stakeholders (Distribution, Field Operations, Sales Reps and Sales Managers) by collaborating in optimizing the supply chain
* Work to achieve an environment that is free of safety hazards and improper ergonomic conditions while driving employee commitment to use safe work practices every day
* Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications
**What you need **
* 5+ years of relevant/professional experience required
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelors degree -preferred
* Valid Drivers license with no restrictions required
* Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s) as needed
* Experience in logistics, inventory, delivery, and customer service -preferred
