**Job Duties:**

* Ability to communicate with the engineering team and provide insight on NPI.

* Ensure that the schedule provided to them by the Supervisor is followed. Has primary responsibility for accurate reporting of completed work orders.

* Ability to train employees to assemble and package within the work center and provide coaching as needed.

* Ability to train others to serialized kits.

* If in assembly, can train others to conduct complex and detailed testing.

* Responsible for setting up work centers in a timely and organized manner, as well as

tearing down the work center when the work order is complete.

* Awareness of safety and report unsafe practices or concerns as needed or handle those issues themselves.

* Initiates and fosters a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.

* Aid in supervising administrative procedures and processes.

* Ability to train others to follow standard operating procedures.

* Ability to utilize the p-track system and train new employees in learning the process and monitor the system to ensure employees are utilizing it correctly.

* Excellent knowledge of GP and Scale, continually learning new ways to troubleshoot the

system.

* Ensures that the schedule provided to them by their supervisor is followed.

* Ability to assist others in learning basic functions of GP and Scale.

* Perform various duties based on departmental need.

* Use best judgment in identifying and rectifying situations.

* Aid in organizing the workflow and delegation of task distribution.

* Ability to schedule jobs according to priority and workload.

* Aid in ensuring that quality is maintained, regularly doing quality checks on each job in the work center.

* Has the ability to communicate with the Quality Control team on issues with parts from vendors.

* Ability to work flexible or extra hours as needed.

**Job Minimum Qualifications:**

* Has worked with Precision Planting for at least 2 years either as a contractor or as a full-time employee.

* 3 plus years of experience and/or training in Assembly, Manufacturing, Shipping and/or Production.

* Exceeds required expectations concerning attendance.

* Exceeds a high level of commitment and team atmosphere and foster that culture among the other employees.

* Continues to learn new skills and demonstrates a high knowledge of procedures within production.

* Able to answer questions when asked and assist in training employees on various jobs.

* Able to work with a team to foster an environment for process improvement and looking for ways to improve efficiency.

* Has the leadership skills and job competency to lead a work center.

* Ability to use skills and knowledge to supervise employees in the Supervisors absence.

* Report directly to the Supervisor.

* Free of any written disciplinary actions for at least 1 year.

**Physical Requirements:**

* Continuous walking, standing, and moving about.

* Frequently lifts, carrys or otherwise moves and positions objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

* Repetitive movement of hands and arms.

* Full range of motion to reach, bend or kneel as needed.
