General Manager Operations


Job Details

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise team members to achieve maximum quality control and customer satisfaction.
  • Point person for scheduling field staff for daily functions.
  • Ensures all estimates verified for completeness and correctness.
  • Ensures all staff follow company policies and procedures.
  • Approving hours worked of field staff.
  • Ensure top performance of office staff by providing them adequate coaching and guidance.
  • Remain updated on technical and professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, joining professional organizations, building networks with fellow professionals, and reviewing industry publications.
  • Aligned with the company's vision, mission, values, and goals as directed by executive management.


Qualifications

  • BA or BS in Business related field preferred
  • 5+ years of operations and leadership experience
  • Background and Experience in Glass & Glazing
  • Deep understanding of CRM and ERP construction software packages.
