One of our largest commercial clients are looking for a Helpdesk Support Specialist to join their IT team in McLean, VA. This person will be joining the client's internal IT department and will be assisting with troubleshooting the PC operating systems and hardware, troubleshooting and resolving network connectivity related issues, and setting up and connecting mobile devices, PC's and Mac's to LAN and wireless networks. They will also update device drivers and OS patches on workstations, while also helping install, configure, and support any local and network printers. They will also create, manage, and maintain support tickets using an ITSM ticketing tool.

- Experience with Z Scaler compliance tool
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree

- 2+ years of recent Desktop Support experience

- Active Security+ Certification

- Hands on experience with Active Directory and Azure

- In depth knowledge of Intune to help manage mobile devices

- Previous experience assisting remote employees/clients

- Extensive experience and knowledge with Windows operating systems

- Experience troubleshooting OneDrive/SharePoint sites

- Experience with TCP/IP configuration and troubleshooting

- Hands on experience troubleshooting/analyzing network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN)

- Excellent communication and professional presence
