Skills and Experience Needed
- 5+ years of project management experience, with some experience in estimating required
- Have a strong sense of order, structure, and systematization, and be able to function and lead a team as such
- Have the ability to provide effective, clear, inspirational leadership to a diverse team, in both Western and cross-cultural contexts
- Love the Lord and possess a strong alignment with the vision, mission, and values of Vapor Ministries
