Duties:

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in financial services enforcement/litigation.
- J.D. from a nationally recognized law school with a high level of academic achievement.
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong understanding of bank regulatory and nonbank financial institution matters.
- Familiarity with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, or state attorney general offices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a nationally recognized law school.
