Job Title: Workday HRIS Analyst
Job Description:
Experince designing optimal Workday solutions. You will be responsible for configuring modules, conducting data migration activities, and ensuring seamless integration with Workday. Additionally, you will develop custom reports, calculated fields, and data transformation solutions to meet clients' reporting needs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Workday HCM, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Security, Talent, and Recruiting, along with experience in tenant management, integrations, data loading, and reporting. Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to prioritize workflows and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT). Certification in HCM, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- structure Workday HCM, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, data migration, and integrations.
- Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and design optimal Workday solutions to meet their HR needs.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure accurate system performance and adherence to client requirements.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate client stakeholders on Workday functionalities and best practices.
- Configure modules, conduct data migration activities, and ensure seamless integration with Workday.
- Develop custom reports, calculated fields, and data transformation solutions to meet clients' reporting needs.
- Continually assess and improve HRIS processes, leveraging Workday updates, custom reports, and dashboards to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Provide support for post-implementation activities, including system maintenance, issue resolution, and enhancement requests.
