Production Line Manager


Job Details

The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and production department, managing staff, coordinating and scheduling food production, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and optimizing production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software related to production management
  • Bilingual, English and Spanish is preferred
  • Culinary or hospitality management experience
