**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMIN / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP**

As our Admin / Customer Service Rep, you are the "go-to" person at our company. A lot of information flows through our office, and you make sure that is accessible. Employees and clients alike depend on you for accurate information as well as exceptional customer service! You spend much of your time answering phones, keeping customer accounts updated, drafting documents, and producing labels. You keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.

As you communicate with clients by phone, by email, and in person, you also provide fantastic customer service. You maintain detailed records of your interactions with customers and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues. You enjoy keeping busy with a variety of tasks throughout the day and get great satisfaction out of ensuring that the administrative side of HVAC work is taken care of accurately and on time!

**QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ADMIN / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP**

* 5 years of experience as a receptionist or in customer service

* Data entry skills

* Familiarity with computers and standard office equipment

* Knowledge about Tri-County geography

* Above-and-beyond customer service skills

**CSR WORK SCHEDULE**

This full-time administrative and CSR position works typically works during **business hours** but needs to be **available to participate in a rotating on-call schedule after hours and on weekends**.
