Join Our Team as a Construction Foreman!
Are you an experienced carpenter looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and grow with a dynamic company? We're seeking skilled individuals to join our team of field leaders and contribute to a range of commercial projects, including retail spaces, office buildouts, restaurants, schools, and churches.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform structural and non-bearing metal stud framing.
- Install ceiling tiles and grid systems with precision.
- Execute drywall installation and finish work to high standards.
- Handle FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Panels) installation.
- Participate in demolition tasks as required.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications, we are willing to train!
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Journeyman-level experience in carpentry and framing.
- Experience with metal stud framing, acoustical ceilings, drywall, and specialty finishes.
- Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively with our team of field leaders & everyone who works on your crew.
- Familiarity with construction principles and practices.
- Comfortable using technology, including construction management apps like PlanGrid and Procore.
- Reliable transportation and commitment to adhering to company safety policies and standards.
