Our client, a NYC based Owner's Representatives Firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the President and Founder. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and hardworking candidate!

Position: Executive Assistant to President and Founder
Location: Midtown NYC
Salary: 85-105K DOE plus benefits plus discretionary bonus
Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm plus OT as needed, however must have a 24/7 mentality
Hybrid: 4 days a week in-office, 1 day a week from home.
Bachelors degree preferred
Responsibilities:
- Extensive coordination and scheduling of internal and external meetings, conference calls, and video conference meetings; includes arranging preparation such as catering and document distribution
- Drafting correspondence, editing meeting minutes, answering, and screening the senior executive s phone calls and directing inquiries to the proper party within the team
- Putting together presentations, proposals, and other collateral
- Ensure deadlines are met, questions are answered, and requests are addressed proactively and promptly
- Making travel arrangements (airline and hotel reservations) and processing expense reports.
- Light personal support as needed
- Take on any day-to-day ad hoc requests and special projects
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience supporting a senior executive
- Intermediate computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and experience working with highly confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, respond to needs quickly and efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in an architecture firm would be preferred
