FULL TIME (3P-11P SHIFT)
Monday-Friday, includes every 7th weekend
Pay range $21.39 - $29.15
Evening Shift & Weekend Differentials earn an extra $2.75 per hour
Shall be able toperform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance complex-wide; including but not limited to: masonry work, welding, plumbing, voice & data systems, carpentry-cabinetmaking, mechanical, painting, grounds maintenance, servicing and repair of department vehicles and grounds keeping equipment. Also performs all non-licensed/certified required tasks on elevators, boilers, water/sewage/electric meters, sewage grinders & lift stations, pumps, HVAC & refrigeration equipment, commercial kitchen & laundry equipment, computerized building management systems, sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, in-ground fuel tank monitoring and alarm systems, perimeter & panic alarms, electronic security systems, Freon alarm systems, patient monitoring systems, patient lift apparatus's, electronic hospital beds, wheelchairs and medical equipment.
Requirements
Credentials: Requires high school diploma and advanced courses from a 2-year college or technical school and 2-years of continuous, verifiable experience or 4-years of continuous, verifiable experience related to this work. Must also be computer literate and have ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Prerequisites:Must pass drug screening and background check, have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Must be able to lift, carry and position objects of varied sizes, weighing up to 70 lbs., using proper lifting techniques.
