**Job Id:** 177 **# of Openings:** 1 **Midwest Tile & Concrete Products, Inc**. is one of the nation's largest privately held precast concrete manufacturer specializing in superior quality precast sanitary and storm products. We located at 4309 N. Webster Road, Woodburn, IN. Fifteen (15) miles east of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Our staff are responsible for the day-to-day concrete production, maintenance of machinery and equipment. We take pride in delivering top-notch work, come grow with us! We are looking for individuals to join our staff who are open to on-job-training, and enjoys a team environment. High School degrees are not required. There is opportunity to learn new skills and to perform different jobs dependent on skill sets achieved. Overtime is available. **Starting pay is $18.00 hour.**
Sampling of some of our key duties & responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
* Willing to acquire a thorough knowledge of precast concrete processes (structures, redi-rock, and pole bases) and equipment
* Utilize equipment to pour concrete into prepared forms
* Correct reinforcements or cages as needed
* Assist with removing cured product from concrete molds
* Ensure that all machinery is operational
* Observes safe work methods and makes appropriate use of related safety equipment as required
* Operates specialized variety of light, medium, and heavy equipment related to the precast concrete within the functional area of assignment
* Establish, maintain, and foster positive and harmonious working relationships with those contacted in the course of work

* Manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and hazards associated with manufacturing equipment and tool ?
* Willing to work in the elements throughout the day going in and out of the plant.
* Strong sensory skills, such as good eyesight, good hearing, and dexterity
* Overtime available!
* Walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, routinely lifting, and carrying or moving heavy objects (up to seventy-five (75) pounds)
* Full range of body motion including manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination
* Flexible, adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
**Other:**
* Good attendance is important to achieve daily operations
* Monday - Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm, overtime before or after shift as needed
