Overview:

Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Service Delivery/Customer Engagement Manager on a 10 year contract providing User Facing and Data Center Services supporting an Intelligence Community customer. All the personnel on the team will work together to support innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment and disposal of user facing and data center information technology (IT) services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide, to support the IC mission.

The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.



Responsibilities:
  • Understands the NCE/NCW mission and experience with GEOINT systems

  • Highly organized with the ability to strategically think about operational needs and opportunities, while always taking a customer and partner-centric approach

  • Demonstrates familiarity (technical and performance requirements) with customer IT systems and segments

  • Understands the "why" behind customer needs and can clearly articulate it to others

  • Inspires and works collaboratively with individuals of highly diverse cultures in a global and virtual environment and effectively communicate technical issues in a non-technical manner

  • Troubleshoots and problem-solves skills involving large, complex systems



Qualifications:

Clearance Required: TS/SCI

Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelors degree and 5+ years of related experience

Required Skills:

  • Experience in systems engineering and roadmap development in support of customer initiatives and requirement
  • Possess strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in working with Federal customers in classified areas

Desired Skills:

  • SharePoint Design

  • Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word)

  • Service+/ServiceNow (Service Request and Analytics modules)

  • Project Management/Agile experience

  • Requirements Management experience

  • Supervisory experience
