1, PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
We at Jubilant HollisterStier are seeking a passionate marketing and business development leader with a strong growth-oriented and innovative mindset to drive our Allergy Immunotherapy business in ex-US markets. The person in this role will be responsible for developing a comprehensive Go-To market strategy to grow our Global footprint in the key international markets. This includes developing and executing, the strategy and actions to drive the existing line of business in addition to developing a holistic view of all value-added services Jubilant can offer to customers in the Allergy Immunotherapy marketplace.

3, KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Accountabilities
Scope of work
Revenue Development Strategy(ies) and Execution
Drive targeted Revenue strategies including Go To Market model(s) and business scale up plans for key International markets.
Follow a structured approach to execute Sales/Marketing strategies for key international markets by building relationships with key distributors, partners and/or alliances
Examine and analyze the market conditions, competitor activities, customer input and commercial feedback to refine product strategy, marketing plans, and programs for Immunotherapy world-wide.
- Initiatives
- clinical/regulatory teams to assess filing requirements and then fast track approvals and filing by leveraging contacts with regulatory agencies
- identify opportunities to expand the product portfolio for US and ex-US markets
Own and enhance the Jubilant Allergy s narrative, including product and internal and external brand positioning

5, EDUCATION& EXPERIENCE
Education
Minimal Bachelor degree in Business or Science; Masters preferred
Experience Range
15+ years of sales / marketing/ business development work experience, including driving revenue in the non-US markets[SPB1] [RKF2] . 5+ years of experience leading teams and others possibly global or virtually located
Desirable Experience
Proven track record in driving revenue strategies in European and other non US markets, with leading pharma companies, including leading Allergy or Immunology product manufacturers / suppliers.
Strong market expertise including deep understanding of clinical and regulatory requirements in key International markets/regions, market trends, customer needs and competitor intelligence
Continuously monitor customer and market segmentation analysis and drive implementation strategy.
Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to optimize business acquisition opportunities, pricing, and enhance customer acquisition & retention.
Working relationships with or knowledge of leading distributors and distribution channels in International markets
Relationships with KOLs and related societies or institutions in Allergy Immunology
Experience in directly working with business leadership teams and helping shape their thinking / approach on sales strategies
