Our Geode Health team is growing rapidly and we are in search of a Clinical Recruiter. Our Clinical Recruitment Team is looking to add a motivated, proactive and outgoing individual to assist with Clinical recruitment. You will be able to help lead the development and implementation of recruitment strategies for clinical roles. This is a great fully remote opportunity for a Clinical Recruiter who will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Successfully and proactively provide high quality Therapist, Psychotherapist and Counselor
- Source candidates & build a strong network of candidates through expert use of online sourcing techniques, networking and referrals
- Conduct follow-up calls with Therapist regarding applications and other paperwork when necessary
- Appropriately place providers into Geode sites by matching candidates skill level, licenses, preferences, board status, credentials, professional certifications and designations as applicable per location
- Responsible for accurate, complete, and timely documentation in database to ensure usable data for entire team
- Manage full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Partner closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs and resent qualified candidates to management
- Implement new initiatives to increase pipeline and build employer brand awareness
- Maintain recruitment database and utilize the applicant tracking system

Qualifications/Skills: - Develop and execute a recruiting strategy
- Must have sourcing skills, including using data bases and social media
- Professional Communicator both Written and Verbal
- Reliable Organizational Skills
- Proactive nature and strategic thinker
- Team Oriented and Collaborative
- Facile in ATS and Complimentary Systems
- Consistent with Processes and Documentation
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment with a sense of urgency
- Mature Recruiting patterns attune to creating connections and building momentum
Education and Experience Requirements:- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 5+ years of provider recruiting experience with a healthcare agency, search firm, or in-house recruiting team
- Knowledge of therapist recruiting is preferred
- Demonstrated success with sourcing techniques
- Professional presence, demeanor and writing style
- Ability to communicate with physicians professionally and effectively, management team, practice partners and various business contacts
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to use tact and diplomacy
