Role Description:

This is a hybrid full-time position for a Residential Loan Officer at a highly respected Texas-based bank. The Residential Loan Officer will assist clients with their residential loan applications and provide guidance throughout the loan process. The role is based in the Greater Colorado Springs Area and offers flexibility for remote work. You can originate loans in all 50 states!

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role, the following qualifications are required:

• Strong knowledge of residential mortgage lending and loan products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to analyze financial and credit information
• Knowledge of federal and state lending regulations
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
