Automotive Service Manager
Automotive Description was built on a family tradition of trust and quality service and as a **Service Manager**, your mission is to lead your team by combining your in-depth knowledge with your exceptional people skills to supervise and coordinate the activities of auto technicians and general service technicians.
**Who We're Looking For:**
Dedicated and reliable individual

Aptitude to problem solve, manage and lead
**What You Need:**
Ability to pass a pre-employment background & drug screen
Valid drivers lic preferred; no DUIs and more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 yrs
6 years of previous relevant experience
**What Youll Do:**
Manage workflow of the service department
Prepare service estimates
Maintain customer trust
Addressed customers concerns in the technicians inspection & findings
Explain estimates, repairs needed/ recommended, & completion times
Resolve customer concerns or complaints as they arise
Foster a good working relationship with parts vendors
Maintain inventory for back shop supplies
Assist with purchase of parts, material & equipment
Train service personnel
Other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management
