Job Summary

The Aspire Program Manager is a critical technical and operation process leader who supports Schill's efforts to grow through acquisition and improve efficiency across its platform. The position is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining accountability for the most efficient and effective use of Aspire. All employees are expected to carry out the company's Purpose and Core Values and the Aspire Program Manager plays an important role in mentoring, training and supporting colleagues.

As the Aspire Program Manager at Schill Grounds Management, you will be responsible for:

  1. Develop and maintain Aspire standards based on consensus of best practices
  2. Monitor practices and ensure compliance to standards; provide additional training and support where needed
  3. Monitor the organization's use of Aspire and new functionality developed in the tool to identify opportunities to improve
  4. Act as a mentor, trainer and coach to internal Aspire users
  5. Publish training content to support Aspire standards over multiple media types - PDF SOP, Sharepoint, custom recorded video, new Schill specific Greenius content on Aspire procedures
  6. Lead training delivery to existing colleagues, new hires, internal promotions and newly acquired affiliates to support their effective use
  7. Monitor ongoing changes to Aspire and associated tools. Communicate enhanced capability and adjust standards where necessary to optimize our ongoing use of Aspire
  8. Lead Aspire integration / consolidation projects as necessary
  9. Lead internal Aspire working group and manage interface with assigned Aspire customer service manager
  10. Regularly meet with each region (travel) to remain familiar with local colleagues and monitor Aspire practices for opportunities to adjust/retrain/optimize
  11. May represent the company at industry events, networking meetings, etc.


JOB SKILLS AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
  • Ninja-level Aspire skills with a strong landscape operations foundation
  • Great teacher / patient trainer / process-mentor / consensus-builder
  • Strong written and graphic communication skills. Ability to speak in front of groups
  • Self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple conflicting priorities
  • Extremely strong technical acumen to apply the right tools for the job
  • An 'outside the box' thinker who inspires others to improve
  • Attention to detail with ability to project manage
  • Ability to travel regularly (3-6 nights /month based on project load)


Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in app aspects of Aspire
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience implementing systems with Aspire such as fleet, training and analytics software
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong background in training and teaching
  • Ability to lead change management and effectively support new affiliates onboarding into Aspire
  • High level of interpersonal skills to interact with individuals at all levels in the organization in person and virtually
  • Willingness to respond to calls/emails/texts outside normal business hours as needed
  • Ability to travel as needs of organization demand
